Body armor refers to those areas of the body that are hardened, restricted and guarded. Good therapy and exercise is often limited by unrelenting body armor.
In this seminar, you will learn to identify and dissolve body armor utilizing focused pressure and stretch as a means to access protective tension and body memory that is held deeply in the body, including bone. You will also learn the art of positional release techniques that gently and gradually fatigue habitual muscle guarding.
Freedom 3 techniques are essential for enabling others to free themselves of deep seeded body memory.
